My name is Emilio Coronado. I am technical lead in Symbian Foundation in the technology and delivery team. My previous experience was working in Nokia as a System Integration and technology management engineer in productization of NSeries products like N93, N82,some parts of the N95 , something for N81 and some small ( in practice quite a few work than i would like to have done ) for N97 memory optimizations.

My focus background in Symbian and S60 have been the analisys of the hardware and software capabilities of the development platforms to understand the feasibility in productization of some of the most challenging and advances uses cases in the recents years for a mobile devices like imaging, multimedia videorecording, video playback, networking, sensors, power management, GPS localization etc.

Also made contributions to the end 2 end analisys of many frameworks and arquitectures on system debugging specially in performance, stability and software arquitecture improvements and quality. Some example of performance improvements can be seen in N93 Video recording experience, N82 camera experience, N81 Music Player and in general NSeries Multimedia Galleries.

Currently my task in the fundation is to make sure that everything that is contributed is usable and work as expected. Keeping an eye in the good funcionality and quality of the deliveries,
