The Symbian Signed Test Houses provide the testing and signing for the Certified Signed signing option.

From 1st March 2010 Sogeti HT will test all Certified Signed submissions at a cost of €150 per submission to the developer.

The previous Symbian Signed Test Houses, mPhasis and NSTL, left the Certified Signed programme in March 2010 and are no longer available as options when submitting to Certified Signed.
